Sales Support Coordinator

Salary: R29 000 - R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Support Coordinator for a UK employer, fully remote from South Africa.
Role overview

You will be the engine room behind a UK sales team, turning enquiries into quotes and quotes into orders while keeping the CRM honest. It suits someone who enjoys being the person who actually makes the process work.

You will work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST) from home, with equipment guidance, a proper induction and a manager who is contactable through the day. This is a permanent role, not a short contract.
Key responsibilities

- Prepare quotations and proposals for the sales team

- Process orders and track them through to delivery

- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

- Produce weekly pipeline and activity reports

- Handle inbound client queries and route them to the right owner

- Chase outstanding quotes and keep the follow-up rhythm going

What you'll need

- Two or more years in sales support, sales admin or order processing

- Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive

- Confident written English for client-facing email

- Strong attention to detail on pricing and order accuracy

- Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work

Nice to have

- Experience with quoting or CPQ tools

- Exposure to B2B sales cycles

- Familiarity with basic reporting in Excel
