What you’ll own
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support strategic initiatives that drive sales performance and business growth.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and track progress against key objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness, referral generation, banker engagement, and overall team performance.
• Support implementation of programs, processes, and initiatives designed to improve execution across the sales organization.
• Monitor initiative progress, identify obstacles, and recommend solutions to help achieve desired outcomes.
• Develop sales presentations, playbooks, training materials, communications, and other resources that support seller effectiveness.
• Assist with onboarding programs, training initiatives, and ongoing sales development activities.
• Gather and share best practices from top-performing teams and individuals.
• Support communication of priorities, strategies, and key organizational updates across the sales organization.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve sales readiness and execution.
• Analyze sales, referral, pipeline, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.
• Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations that support business decision-making.
• Leverage Salesforce, Excel, and other reporting tools to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Assist in measuring the effectiveness of key sales initiatives and recommend enhancements based on performance results.
• Translate data into meaningful recommendations that improve decision-making and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, Training, and Banking Partner teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Support programs designed to strengthen relationships between sales teams and banking partners.
• Assist with business reviews, planning sessions, leadership meetings, and other strategic activities.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting sales operations, sales enablement, strategy, business analysis, project coordination, or related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
