At 5 Star Home Cleaning, we believe great salespeople are great listeners first. We’re an established U.S. residential cleaning company operating in Arizona, Montana, and California, and we’re hiring one full-time Sales Closer.

Your job isn’t to sell people a cleaning they don’t need — it’s to help them get the one they do. Every lead you speak with has already requested a quote, so you’re working warm inbound only.

What a great call looks like

Connect — build genuine rapport and make the homeowner feel heard.

Listen & understand — ask thoughtful questions to learn their home, their challenges, and what matters most to them.

Recommend — match their needs to the right service. Never oversell.

Guide & close — explain the value, work through concerns, confidently ask for the business, collect payment, and get the cleaning scheduled.

Follow through — keep GoHighLevel accurate and make sure the client feels taken care of.

Our philosophy: Listen first. Serve second. The sale follows.

Compensation

Base: Starts at $5/hour, increasing to $7/hour as you advance.

Commission: Starts at 2% of cash collected, increasing to 5% with performance.

Bonus: Each recurring client you sign up is rewarded $10-$30

Uncapped earning potential — the more business you close, the more you earn.

Growth path

Three tiers: Junior, Intermediate, Senior. Hit your cash-collected target five times to advance, increasing both your hourly pay and commission. Growth is based on results, not seniority or office politics.

You’ll thrive here if you:

Listen more than you talk, and make people feel genuinely heard

Have phone sales experience converting conversations into paying customers

Are confident asking for the business

Communicate in warm, conversational English and build trust fast

Are coachable, organized, dependable, and take ownership of results

Get defensive about feedback

Prefer a fixed salary over performance-based pay
