Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Personal / Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to a busy executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert paper notes, voice memos, calls, and emails into organized digital records.
- Track project updates, action items, and team follow-ups.
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and RSVPs.
- Assist with personal errands, tasks, and scheduling.
- Organize documents and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate updates and follow up with team members as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role .
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable converting information from various formats into digital systems.
- Highly discreet, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong follow-through and proactive problem-solving skills.
