About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting: Take complete ownership of the hiring lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers from kick-off strategy sessions through offer negotiation and closing.

2. Build High-Impact Talent Pipelines: Proactively identify and engage top-tier passive and active talent through targeted headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networks.

3. Rigorous Screening & Fit Assessment: Conduct deep-dive initial evaluations to assess technical sharpness, communication, cultural addition, and mutual compensation alignment.

4. Seamless Stakeholder & Candidate Journeys: Facilitate structured interview loops, drive timely post-interview debriefs, and ensure every candidate experiences a transparent, high-touch process.

5. Recruitment Operations & Analytics: Maintain flawless ATS data integrity, leverage recruiting metrics to optimize sourcing channels, and coordinate seamless offer and onboarding handoffs.
