About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from the initial intake session with hiring managers to the final offer rollout.

2. Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Build a robust talent pipeline by sourcing active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.

3. Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication abilities, culture fit, and compensation expectations.

4. Interview & Stakeholder Coordination: Partner closely with hiring managers to schedule rounds, gather structured feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

5. ATS & Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track hiring metrics, and assist with offer and onboarding logistics.
