About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Community Strategies: Identify ways to attract new members, strengthen connections, and create an inclusive environment where people enjoy participating.

2. Lead Meetup Execution: Plan and host social gatherings, networking events, and community activities, managing everything from participant invitations to on-ground coordination.

3. Drive Social Media Presence: Create relatable Instagram content, event announcements, and engaging Stories and Reels that encourage people to join community activities.

4. Build a Strong Local Network: Establish connections with college societies, local influencers, creators, professionals, and other groups to bring new people into the community.

5. Manage Member Communication: Interact with potential and existing members, answer queries, share event updates, and maintain relationships that encourage continued participation.

6. Design Unique Community Experiences: Brainstorm fresh meetup concepts, interactive activities, themed events, and collaborations that make every gathering engaging and memorable.

7. Coordinate Events & Logistics: Manage registrations, attendance, schedules, venues, and event-related communication to ensure smooth execution.

8. Identify Growth Opportunities: Gather participant feedback, evaluate event performance, and explore new ideas to improve engagement and expand the community.
