Location: Work from home

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated associate recruiter to join our recruitment team. This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience who have good English communication skills and are interested in building a career in US staffing and recruitment. The selected candidate will work closely with the recruitment team to source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and support the overall hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

2. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment platforms.

3. Review resumes and match candidates with open positions.

4. Conduct initial candidate screening through calls and messages.

5. Communicate with candidates professionally and maintain regular follow-ups.

6. Explain job opportunities, requirements, and interview processes to candidates.

7. Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters/clients.

8. Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the internal system.

9. Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and next steps.

10. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

11. Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets, including candidate sourcing and submissions.

12. Work closely with senior recruiters and team leads to improve candidate quality and submissions.

13. Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- B. Eligibility:
- 1. Freshers are welcome to apply.
