Talent Coordination & Candidate Follow-up Executive - Full Time

HiredNext Recruitment is looking for a smart, highly organised professional with excellent spoken and written English who enjoys detailed work and consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with candidates and understand their interest and basic suitability for open roles.

Make up to 30 candidate calls per day.

Send JDs and role details to relevant candidates.

Ask role-specific questions and capture all required information accurately.

Follow up with candidates until a clear response is received.

Schedule candidate calls/interviews and coordinate timings.

Keep candidate status and follow-up information properly updated.

Report shortlisted/qualified candidates and daily progress to the assigned recruiter.

Who We're Looking For

Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Comfortable speaking to professionals over phone and email.

Detail-oriented and able to do in-depth, structured work rather than superficial calling.

Responsible, persistent and organised.

Comfortable using email, Excel/Google Sheets and basic online tools.

Requirements

Full-time availability.

Own laptop and smartphone.

Reliable internet connection.

Comfortable making up to 30 calls daily.

This is not a sales/telecalling role. The work involves candidate engagement, detailed information gathering, coordination, scheduling and follow-ups while working closely with our recruitment team.
