Dental Virtual Associate (US Dental Experience Required)

We're looking for an experienced Dental Virtual Associate to join our growing healthcare support team.

If you have experience working with a US dental practice, enjoy helping patients, and have a strong eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Conduct phone call quality assurance by reviewing calls, scoring performance, and identifying coaching opportunities

Verify patients' dental insurance eligibility, benefits, coverage, and limitations

Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims

Assist with aging reports and accounts receivable follow-ups

Coordinate patient scheduling and recall appointments

Contact patients with outstanding treatment plans to encourage scheduling

Answer overflow patient calls and provide general administrative support

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of phone call quality assurance experience in a BPO or call center environment

At least 2 years of experience supporting a US dental practice

Hands-on experience using Open Dental

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Willingness to work during Florida business hours

Experience with any of the following is highly preferred:

Dental insurance verification

Insurance claims submission and follow-up

Accounts receivable and aging reports

Patient scheduling and recall

Contacting unscheduled treatment patients

Answering patient calls

Mango Voice or a similar phone system
