Insurance Authorization Specialist (Physical Therapy)

We're looking for a full-time Insurance Authorization Specialist to join one of our US-based healthcare clients. In this role, you'll mainly be responsible for obtaining insurance authorizations for physical therapy services.

What you'll be doing

Obtaining insurance authorizations for physical therapy services

Communicating with insurance representatives

Navigating insurance portals

Uploading clinical documentation and submitting the required information

Following up on authorization requests until they are completed

What you'll need (must-haves)

At least 2 years of direct experience working with insurance companies on authorizations

Experience speaking with insurance representatives and navigating insurance portals

Experience uploading clinical documentation and submitting required information

Experience following up on authorization requests until completion
