Remote Recruitment is hiring a Data Entry Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.
Role overview

You'll keep a UK team's records accurate and up to date, turning raw information into clean, reliable data.
Key responsibilities

- Capture and update records across spreadsheets and databases

- Check entries for accuracy and correct errors quickly

- Organise and maintain digital filing systems

- Generate simple reports from captured data

- Flag inconsistencies or missing information to the team

What you'll need

- Experience with Excel, including formulas and filters

- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Comfort working with large volumes of repetitive data

- Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work

- Good written English for reporting and correspondence

Nice to have

- Familiarity with Google Sheets

- Experience with database management tools

- Prior remote work experience
