We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives with good communication skills in Hindi and English to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

Explain our products, courses, and services clearly.

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.

Maintain daily calling records and update CRM.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory).

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
