About the job:
We are a new matrimonial platform dedicated to helping people find their life partners easily and safely.

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our users. Your main task is to call potential users, introduce them to our platform, and help them get onboarded.

Key responsibilities:

1. Make calls to potential users.

2. Explain our platform and its benefits clearly.

3. Help users onboard smoothly.

4. Answer basic questions politely and patiently.

5. Build a good rapport with users.

6. Record conversations and update user information.
