CRM Build-Out & Lead Systems Specialist (Remote)

The Harbert Real Estate Group is actively searching for a CRM Build-Out & Lead Systems Specialist to support the growth and scalability of our operations.

This role focuses heavily on CRM management, automation systems, lead routing, campaign workflows, and operational efficiency.

Position Details

• Full-Time Remote Position

• 35–50 Hours Weekly

• US Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CRM systems and workflows

• Organize and clean CRM databases

• Set up lead routing and lead management automations

• Build follow-up campaigns and communication workflows

• Create automations using AI tools

• Develop SOPs and scalable operational systems

• Improve reporting and workflow tracking using Google Sheets

• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance

• Support leadership with process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills

• Experience with CRM systems and workflow automation

• Familiarity with AI tools and integrations

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

• Process-oriented mindset
