LEAD GENERATION & FUNNEL SPECIALIST – SOLAR INDUSTRY

Pay: $8–$11/hour, depending on experience

Part-Time to Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

We are a growing solar company in the U.S. looking for an experienced Lead Generation & Funnel Specialist who can help us build and manage our own lead generation system.

We are currently looking for someone who can do more than simply generate lists or run basic outreach. We want someone who understands how to build a complete marketing funnel—from attracting prospects, capturing their information, nurturing them, and ultimately generating qualified solar leads.

Our goal is to develop an in-house lead generation system rather than continuously relying on expensive marketing agencies.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Develop and build lead generation strategies for a U.S.-based solar company

- Build and optimize complete marketing funnels

- Research and identify our ideal customer profiles and target markets

- Develop lead generation campaigns through platforms such as:

- Facebook /Meta

- Google Ads

- Instagram

- LinkedIn

- Other relevant platforms

- Create landing pages, lead forms, and conversion-focused campaigns

- Set up lead capture and tracking systems

- Develop email /SMS follow-up and lead nurturing campaigns

- Research and test different offers, messaging, audiences, and creatives

- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement

- Track metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, CAC, and ROI

- A/B test campaigns and continuously optimize results

- Help establish a repeatable system for generating qualified solar leads

- Research competitors and successful solar marketing campaigns

- Use AI tools to assist with market research, copywriting, creative development, and campaign optimization

- Document the processes so the company can continue scaling the system internally

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

- Has proven experience in lead generation and funnel building

- Understands the difference between getting leads and getting qualified leads

- Has hands-on experience with paid advertising and/or organic lead generation

- Understands conversion funnels and customer journeys

- Can independently research, test, and implement new strategies

- Is comfortable working with data and analyzing campaign performance

- Can identify what is NOT working and proactively make changes

- Has experience with CRM systems, automation, landing page builders, or marketing platforms

- Is comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI marketing tools

- Has excellent research skills

- Is highly proactive and resourceful

IMPORTANT:

We are NOT looking for someone who needs to be told what to do every day.

We want someone who can say:

"Here's what I think we should test, here's why, here's how I would build it, and here's how we'll measure whether it worked."

You should be comfortable researching solutions and figuring things out independently rather than waiting for instructions.

SOLAR EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS

Experience working with solar, home improvement, roofing, HVAC, real estate, or other high-ticket industries is highly preferred.

Experience generating leads for U.S. customers is also a major plus.

COMPENSATION

$8–$11/hour depending on experience and skill level

We are looking for someone who can grow with the company. If you can demonstrate that you can consistently build systems that generate quality leads at a profitable cost, there is significant potential for increased responsibility and compensation.
