Do I need US hours?
Only if the employer serves US or EU clients. Plenty of WFH sales, support and analyst roles follow IST. Engineering at global product companies is the set that most often asks for evening overlap. The original posting says which.
What do remote jobs in India pay?
Local WFH roles are often quoted monthly in INR. Senior engineering at Indian product companies is commonly discussed in LPA. International remote can be USD and usually pays more in take-home. Trust the original range, not the card snippet.
