The Opportunity:

We are seeking a full-time SAP Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud implementation projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client business objectives, while overseeing project governance, financial performance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.

You are a strong analytical thinker who demonstrates accountability, and ownership. Skilled at negotiation and conflict resolution, your are adaptable in the face of changing priorities, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients while maintaining a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery excellence.

This is a remote position based in the United States, with preference given to candidates residing in Texas. As this role supports clients in the Aerospace & Defense industry, U.S. citizenship is required.
Key Accountabilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud implementation projects, from project charter through go-live and hypercare

- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, resource plans, and schedules; manage scope, cost, and timeline to approved baselines, including implementations with budgets of $1M+

- Manage project governance and documentation using SAP Activate methodology, SAP CALM, and SAP RASD

- Lead cross-functional project teams (functional consultants, technical resources, client stakeholders) and coordinate third-party/vendor resources as needed

- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate appropriately and drive timely resolution

- Serve as primary point of contact for client executive sponsors and steering committees; manage client expectations and satisfaction
