Source: the RemoShift index — 116,008 active postings aggregated from 22 sources (employer ATS boards including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters and Workable, plus remote-first job boards). Postings expire automatically after 120 days, so nothing stale is counted. "Remote" reflects the source's classification. "Work-from-anywhere" means the posting lists no country restriction — the strict reading. Salary figures parse the posting's own salary text; only postings that state one are counted, which skews toward higher-paying functions (disclosure itself correlates with pay). Numbers refresh nightly as the index updates — cite this page for the current figures.
