About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to lead and develop the recruitment function within a fast-growing media buying and technology environment. The role combines hands-on recruitment, executive search, team management, recruitment analytics, and strategic talent acquisition.

The Recruitment Team Lead will manage the existing recruitment team, build the function further, and ensure a transparent, predictable, and data-driven hiring process across media buying, design, and technology roles.
Your Duties:

- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, with plans to expand the team.

- Remain hands-on in recruitment, executive search, and headhunting.

- Recruit media buyers, Team Leads, Heads of Buying, and other key specialists.

- Build and continuously maintain a high-quality, warm talent pool.

- Develop alternative sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn and Telegram.

- Track recruitment KPIs, reporting, and hiring performance to ensure transparency and predictability.

- Analyze the recruitment market, including salary benchmarks, EVP, and competitor hiring practices.

- Plan and manage recruitment budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

- Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to align recruitment priorities.

- Optimize recruitment processes and improve overall hiring efficiency.

- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Contribute to HR branding and employer value proposition initiatives.

Requirements

- 5+ years of total recruitment experience.

- 2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Team Lead or Head of Recruitment, managing a team of at least 3 recruiters.

- 2+ years of experience recruiting within affiliate marketing or media buying teams, with at least 1 year in a single team.

- Hands-on experience hiring media buyers.

- Proven experience with recruitment reporting, KPIs, and data-driven recruitment management.

- Strong experience with Executive Search and headhunting.

- Experience using alternative candidate sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn and Telegram.

- Experience optimizing recruitment processes.

- Strong understanding of the media buying domain.

- Experience managing and developing recruitment teams.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

- English language B2+ is preferred.

- Experience with ATS and recruitment automation tools; PeopleForce is a plus.

- Experience with AI recruitment tools such as Claude or GPT is a plus.
