Personal Brand, PR & Social Media Growth Manager (WFH)

About the job:
We are launching a thought-provoking personal development and philosophical movement challenging conventional ideas about self-improvement, identity, and personal transformation. We are looking for a highly creative, ambitious, and results-driven individual to build the founder's personal brand, grow a global audience, secure media exposure, and establish SN2C as a recognizable global movement. This is not a traditional social media management position. We want someone who understands how public figures, thought leaders, authors, and influencers build recognition and grow their audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a growth strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.

2. Identify viral content opportunities, trends, hooks, and storytelling formats.

3. Manage social media accounts, content calendars, publishing, and audience engagement.

4. Coordinate with an Austin-based content producer to create engaging videos.

5. Analyze performance and continuously improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.

6. Identify and pitch journalists, publications, digital media outlets, and interview opportunities.

7. Secure guest articles, interviews, features, and media mentions.

8. Build relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals.

9. Develop press releases, media kits, and compelling stories around the founder and SN2C.

10. Identify and pitch relevant US and international podcasts.

11. Secure podcast guest appearances and interviews.

12. Research conferences, universities, events, and speaking opportunities.

13. Pitch the founder for paid speaking engagements and panel discussions.

14. Identify and connect with relevant Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other influencers.

15. Develop collaborations, interviews, cross-promotions, and content-sharing partnerships.

16. Coordinate paid creator partnerships and promotional campaigns with appropriate disclosures.

17. Develop coordinated distribution strategies for major launches and announcements.

18. Develop content ideas, scripts, headlines, captions, and compelling messaging.

19. Oversee video editing, thumbnails, graphics, and content repurposing.

20. Coordinate website content, newsletters, and email audience growth.

21. Manage freelancers and external agencies when required.

1. Consistent growth in relevant followers, reach, engagement, and email subscribers.

2. Increasing podcast appearances, media features, and paid speaking opportunities.

3. Meaningful partnerships with creators and influencers.

4. High-performing content campaigns with measurable results.

5. A recognizable, consistent personal brand and growing SN2C community.

- 3. Excellent written and spoken English, with a strong understanding of American audiences and culture.
- 4. Familiarity with US podcasts, media publications, social platforms, and influencer ecosystems.
- 5. Strong creative judgment and ability to turn complex ideas into compelling content.
- 6. Proactive, resourceful, organized, and comfortable independently driving results.
- 7. Comfortable using AI tools, analytics platforms, social media management software, and outreach systems.
- 8. Experience in philosophy, spirituality, personal development, or thought leadership is an advantage
