Customer Support Associate (WFH)

About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer and place customer calls in a courteous and professional manner

2. Respond to customer questions and resolve issues efficiently

3. Accurately record call details, customer information, and follow-up actions

4. Use spreadsheets and online platforms to manage daily tasks

5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team

6. Meet established standards for responsiveness, accuracy, and customer service

Schedule:

1. Four days per week

2. 1:00 pm-10:00 pm US Central Time

3. This is an overnight schedule for candidates based in India

4. Candidates must be able to accommodate changes between US Central Standard Time and Central Daylight Time

5. Location: Remote- work from home in India

Who can apply:

Salary:
₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year

Other Requirements:
- 1. Previous experience as a call center agent or customer support representative
- 2. Demonstrated experience receiving and making customer calls
- 3. Excellent spoken and written English
- 4. Clear, easily understood pronunciation; familiarity with American English and North American communication styles is preferred
- 5. Functional knowledge of computers and common technology platforms
- 6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and Gmail
- 7. Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and dependable equipment
- 8. Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism during night hours
