About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Project Manager to drive the Mentorship program within the Community and Influencers team which is a part of the Growth organization. The Mentorship Program is a subscription-based program designed to educate our merchants through a combination of a community, print-on-demand courses, and mentorship from leading industry experts. This role requires a visionary who can seamlessly blend project management, technical expertise, marketing knowledge, and excellent communication skills to drive the success of the program.
Your daily tasks will include:
Project Leadership and Strategy

Lead the end-to-end development and execution of the Mentorship Program, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

Develop and manage the program roadmap, incorporating community-building initiatives, educational courses, and mentor programs.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.

Technical Collaboration

Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of technical components, including custom acquisition touchpoints, user journey improvements, and other platform features.

Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the timely delivery of updates and improvements.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting the project.

Marketing Collaboration & Customer Acquisition

Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute acquisition campaigns that drive customers to the Mentorship Program and convert them into paying members.

Work with email marketing teams to ensure effective promotion of the program throughout the merchant lifecycle.

Ensure the effective and timely delivery of program content, including courses, live events, and other campaigns.

Monitor trends in the e-commerce and print-on-demand space to keep content relevant and valuable.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Liaise with teams across the Growth department and beyond to ensure the program is integrated with broader company initiatives.

Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the program.

Your Qualifications:

-
Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager or Product Manager, preferably with a focus on marketing or growth.

Strong technical knowledge and experience working with developers and technical teams.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, mentors, and community members.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Previous experience in e-commerce, print-on-demand, or marketing is a plus.

Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.

Passion for empowering and supporting entrepreneurs or sellers in their journey to success.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
