As a Senior Producer within our Workforce Solutions practice, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, shape workforce strategies for leading organizations, and leverage the full strength of Howden 's global platform to deliver innovative solutions.
The Role
The Senior Producer, Workforce Solutions is responsible for driving organic growth through the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing relationships. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to employers seeking solutions across employee benefits, total rewards, workforce strategy, wellbeing, compliance, retirement, and other human capital challenges.
The ideal candidate combines strong business development skills with a consultative approach and deep understanding of the workforce solutions landscape.
What Your Day Will Look Like
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan designed to achieve annual revenue and growth objectives.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and targeted prospecting efforts.
- Build relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, CFOs, and business owners to understand workforce challenges and strategic priorities.
- Conduct consultative client meetings focused on employee benefits, talent attraction and retention, wellbeing, compensation strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases that demonstrate measurable client value.
- Partner with internal specialists across employee benefits, retirement, actuarial, wellbeing, compliance, analytics, and consulting functions to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Lead sales and renewal strategy discussions, identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement and expand service offerings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, workforce challenges, healthcare cost drivers, labor market dynamics, and regulatory developments.
- Collaborate closely with service teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and long-term retention.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics to manage pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and track business development efforts.
- Represent Howden at industry conferences, networking events, and client functions to enhance market presence and brand recognition.
- Serve as a mentor and resource to junior producers and business development professionals where appropriate.
