WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

-
Assist with audience segmentation for various sales marketing initiatives, supporting the Premium line of business

Lead the production of email marketing campaigns for designated markets to customers and prospects based on approved guidelines and standards

Facilitate AI-driven sales tools, including script writing, multivariate testing, and reporting

Monitor AI-driven sales tools and automations, reporting irregularities, performance issues, or opportunities for improvement

Maintain and update internal training materials and technical documentation, ensuring documentation reflects current processes, features, and best practices

Assist with reports and dashboards, including creating and modifying basic reports, across various Salesforce products

Perform routine data operations, including imports, updates, deduplication, and hygiene tasks to maintain accuracy and consistency

- Reports to CRM Director – Premium Sales

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience with ESPs and email marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus)

Strong understanding of database concepts and segmentation

Comfortable working with large data sets and the ability to interpret actionable insights

Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel

Experience with Photoshop or graphic design software preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn, adapt, and be open to change
