About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Email Campaign Expert with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in email campaign management, SMTP, and email deliverability. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing campaigns independently, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage high-volume email campaigns.

Handle email campaign setup, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.

Manage sending domains, SMTP configurations, and email infrastructure.

Monitor email deliverability, inbox placement, bounce rates, and sender reputation.

Troubleshoot email delivery issues across Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook.

Understand and manage email authentication protocols, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements.

Monitor domain and IP reputation and investigate blocklisting issues.

Maintain campaign reports and ensure smooth daily operations.

Follow email compliance requirements, recipient consent, and unsubscribe practices.

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email campaign management.

Strong knowledge of SMTP, bulk email sending, and email deliverability.

Practical experience with Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook email systems.

Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS records, and domain configuration.

Experience troubleshooting bounces, spam placement, and SMTP errors.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate.

0-2 years of relevant experience.

Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
