Digital Marketing Executive – Performance Marketing & Growth Operations (Trainee) (WFH)

About the job:
Manage and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

Track CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA and conversion rates

Work with GoHighLevel / CRM platforms and basic automation workflows

Manage pipelines, lead assignment, follow-ups and CRM data

Build and validate prospect lists using Apollo, Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Clean, verify and maintain lead databases

Coordinate campaign assets, landing pages, lead lists and automations

Maintain campaign trackers and prepare performance reports

Troubleshoot campaign, tracking and CRM issues

What We Expect

You should understand:

Basic paid advertising concepts

Lead generation and ICP targeting

CRM pipelines and automation logic

Conversion tracking

Lead data verification and deduplication

Campaign performance metrics

Probation & Compensation

The first 3 months will be a probation period.

During probation, the candidate will receive a 10,000- 15,000 monthly stipend, based on skills and experience.

Upon successful completion of the probation period and conversion to a full-time employee, the candidate will receive the CTC mentioned for the full-time role.
