About the job:
Key responsibilities:

A. Cold Email and Campaign Management

1. Set up and manage cold email campaigns.

2. Create and test messaging, subject lines, and targeting.

3. Monitor replies, deliverability, and campaign performance.

B. Lead Generation

1. Research and build targeted B2B lead lists using Apollo and other platforms.

2. Verify, enrich, and organize prospect data.

3. Identify prospects based on specific ICPs and industries.

C. Outreach Infrastructure

1. Manage domains, inboxes, and email outreach tools.

2. Assist with inbox warm-up and deliverability.

3. Work with tools such as Instantly/Smartlead, Google Workspace, and NeverBounce.

D. Optimization and Results

1. Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.

2. Test different audiences, messaging, and approaches.

3. Work towards generating 40-50 qualified appointments per month.

Salary:
₹ 3,50,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Other Requirements:
- 1. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in cold outreach, lead generation, email marketing, or outbound sales.
- 2. Experience with Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Zoho, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- 3. Understanding of basic email deliverability and inbox warm-up.
- 4. Experience working with international B2B prospects is preferred.
- 5. Strong written and verbal English.
- 6. Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
- 7. Data-driven and willing to experiment and learn.
- 8. Candidates with actual campaign experience and measurable results will be preferred.
