Summary

The Director– Provider Services leads the growth and performance of healthcare staffing in the Provider Services (Physicians, NPs, PAs) division. This role manages full-cycle operations, including recruitment, talent pipelines, account management, new business development, and overall team performance.
You’ll be working with
- HR, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to streamline processes and scale workflows.

What you’ll be doing

- Develop and execute sales, recruitment, and expansion strategies to hit revenue and profit targets.

- Hire, coach, and manage recruiters and account managers while building a culture of accountability.

- Oversee client retention, build healthcare provider pipelines, and align recruitment with client demand.

- Establish and monitor KPIs (placements, fill rates, gross profit) to identify gaps and drive results.

- Partner with HR, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to streamline processes and scale workflows.

Leadership responsibilities

- Lead the Provider Services team and manage associated work processes

- Establish performance standards and monitor staff performance and development goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives, establish priorities, and conduct annual performance appraisals

- Execute supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 4+ years of experience in the healthcare staffing space

- Proven success managing staffing operations, sales, recruitment, and account management teams; Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with cross-functional coworkers

- Deep understanding of profit margins, healthcare trends, and data-driven decision-making via CRM/ATS systems.

- Expert communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities in a fast-paced environment; effectively work in a fast-paced and complex environment and maintain a sense of urgency

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel

It would be nice to have

- College degree preferred; Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience

- Experience managing recruiting staff to include coaching, performance reviews, problem resolution, process compliance, and reporting in Provider Services

Compensation and Benefits

$125,000-$155,000 per year depending on experience, plus a variable bonus plan
