Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter and update teacher pension data into the company's database.

- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

- Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring all information is current and correct.

- Generate and distribute reports as required by management.

- Ensure all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies.

- Maintain thorough documentation of all data processing activities.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus.

- Previous experience in data entry or data processing preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with database management systems.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
