Creative Strategist for Coaching Company (US-Based, Remote)

The company is looking for a highly creative, performance-driven Ads Creative Strategist to develop high-converting ad concepts, hooks, and angles for Meta ads, with a focus on scaling offers through cold traffic. This is a hands-on, creation-focused role centered on producing high volumes of winning ad creatives.</p><p></p><h3>

Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Create ad concepts, hooks and angles aligned to each offer</li><li>Write complete ad copy for Meta, YouTube, Instagram Reels and any other paid channel we deploy</li><li>Work with our editors and designers to turn your copy into ads that convert. If you can produce ads entirely yourself, better still</li><li>Hold message-market consistency from ad through VSL, page and checkout</li><li>Take an ad from copy through to finished asset: writing it, directing the actor or AI avatar, briefing the editors, and giving quality control feedback on what comes back</li><li>Own the conversion narrative across the whole funnel</li><li>Work with the Head of Marketing to iterate on performance data</li></ul>
