They're a profitable, founder- and product-led company with a small, highly capable remote team across the US, UK, China, and the Philippines.</p><p></p><p>Their product team includes engineers with backgrounds at Dyson, and we have multiple new product and brand launches planned as we continue to scale.</p><p></p><p><strong>Day-to-day</strong></p><ul><li>AI video generation and editing, around 15-20 a week, but the main priority is always quality!</li><li>The candidate must own the creation of AI footage, not just assemble it.</li><li>Generate realistic AI A-roll and B-roll independently using tools like Google Flow, Runway, Veo, or similar</li><li>Write and refine prompts to control output quality until assets are realistic and usable</li><li>Use AI-powered editing/creative tools to speed up production</li><li>Optimize video flow, hooks, cadence, and pacing for paid social (Meta/TikTok)</li><li>Track performance feedback and adjust creative accordingly</li><li>Deliver polished, on-brand assets within tight turnaround times</li></ul>
