Content & E-commerce Management Associate (WFH)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain the Shopify store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

2. Add, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, SKUs, and inventory.

3. Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability to prevent overselling.

4. Manage product collections, categories, tags, and website navigation.

5. Process and monitor customer orders, including order status, fulfillment, cancellations, and refunds.

6. Update shipping rates, shipping zones, and delivery settings in Shopify.

7. Configure and verify tax settings applicable to different regions.

8. Monitor product availability and resolve inventory synchronization issues.

9. Maintain website content, including banners, promotional sections, and product pages.

10. Create and manage discount codes, promotional offers, and sale pricing.

11. Identify and resolve Shopify store errors, product listing issues, and checkout-related problems.

12. Review store performance, order data, inventory reports, and sales reports through Shopify Analytics.

13. Coordinate with suppliers to verify product details, pricing, stock availability, and product substitutions.

14. Ensure product information, pricing, inventory, and order details remain accurate across the store.

15. Maintain overall Shopify store accuracy, functionality, and operational efficiency.
