About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Update customer subscription details: pausing, cancelling, skipping, changing plans, delivery dates, addresses, and payment-related information as requested

2. Process customer requests received via email or support tickets and update records accordingly

3. Maintain and update records in Google Sheets/Excel

4. Handle other recurring manual tasks across our websites and tools as assigned

- 4. High attention to detail; accuracy matters more than speed
- 5. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus, not required (training provided)
