Business Development Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to generate revenue either by answering requests or by calling to leads in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy our services.

- Calling leads generated from our website or other channels

- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits

- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements and persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs

- Record the customer's personal information accurately in CRM and keep the records for future tracking

- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation

- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales

Required & Preferred Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone

- Working knowledge of CRM and telephone systems

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with clear proficiency in English

- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

- Persistent and results-oriented with patience and ability able to handle customer rejection
