Your role:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales team by reaching out to potential clients and setting appointments. This is a high-volume outreach role focused on initiating conversations—not heavily qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities:

Call and email prospective clients from provided lead lists

Introduce our services in a clear and professional manner

Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team

Maintain accurate records of outreach in CRM

Follow basic scripts and outreach processes

Conduct follow-ups as needed to secure meetings

Requirements:

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Comfortable making outbound calls and sending emails daily

- Organized and detail-oriented

Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience
