Role Overview
- Great tenders don’t come together by accident—and the details rarely manage themselves.

- As our AU Tender & Estimating Coordinator (CostX) , you’ll help turn complex RFT packages into organized, accurate, review-ready submissions for new-build and refurbishment projects .

- Supporting an Australian client, you’ll work closely with the estimating process to keep tender documentation, deadlines, scope requirements, subcontractor information, and compliance requirements firmly under control.

- You’ll be the person spotting the missing detail before it becomes a tender-day problem, keeping information moving, and helping estimators stay two steps ahead.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain tender registers, filing systems, and correspondence.

- Manage tender calendars and track submission deadlines.

- Review RFT conditions, scopes of work, drawings, and specifications.

- Prepare tender compliance checklists and matrices.

- Identify and flag inclusions, exclusions, ambiguities, and access/egress issues.

- Prepare and format tender submission documents.

- Populate methodology statements, returnable schedules, and cover pages.

- Support the review and comparison of subcontractor quotations.

- Identify differences in subcontractor inclusions and exclusions.

- Maintain accurate and organized tender documentation.

- Build and update capability statements, project sheets, credentials decks, and case studies.

- Ensure tender documentation is complete and ready for review

Requirements

Required Qualifications ( Must-Have):

- 2+ years of experience supporting construction tenders and estimating, with demonstrated practical capability.

- Practical knowledge of new-build and refurbishment projects .

- Understanding of the construction and fit-out build process .

- Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, scopes, and tender documentation.

- Experience with CostX .

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office .

- Strong document control, organization, and deadline-management skills.

- Ability to identify scope gaps, exclusions, inclusions, ambiguities, and compliance issues.

- Experience working with Australian clients , or relevant European/American exposure.

- Construction Management / Quantity Surveying background or equivalent relevant experience.

- Ability to manage competing tender deadlines and communicate issues clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

3–5 years of practical experience in construction tendering and estimating support.

- Experience supporting subcontractor quote reviews and comparisons.

- Experience preparing tender submissions, compliance documentation, and returnable schedules.

- Experience developing capability statements, project sheets, credentials decks, or case studies.
