Appointment Setter

Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Appointment Setter for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will book qualified meetings into a UK sales team’s diary, every working day.
Role overview

You'll work outbound lists and inbound enquiries, open the conversation, qualify against a simple set of criteria, and get the meeting in the calendar. Your success is measured in booked, held appointments — not dials.
Key responsibilities

- Contact prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn to book meetings

- Qualify prospects against agreed criteria before booking

- Keep the CRM current with notes, outcomes and next steps

- Confirm and remind attendees to protect show-up rates

- Hit weekly booked-meeting targets

What you'll need

- Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting or telesales

- Confident, natural phone manner and resilience with rejection

- Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce

- Organised diary management and accurate note-taking

- A quiet home workspace and stable fibre connection

Nice to have

- Experience selling into UK or US markets

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Experience with sales cadence tools such as Outreach or Apollo

- 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday
