Section 1: Position Summary

The Vendor Oversight and Contract Systems Analyst serves as a key member of the Procurement & Vendor Strategy team, providing operational support across vendor oversight, procurement processes, contract intake, and contract lifecycle management systems. This individual partners closely with Procurement, Legal, Information Security, Risk Management, Finance, and business stakeholders to support vendor and contract lifecycle activities, maintain accurate system data, coordinate follow-ups, and help ensure consistent execution of established processes.

This role combines vendor oversight support, contract systems administration, reporting and analytics, end-user support, and process coordination, with emphasis on day-to-day operational execution and continuous improvement.

Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

- Support day-to-day administration of Ironclad and related contract systems, including workflows, intake forms, approval routing, notifications, permissions, user settings, and issue resolution.

- Serve as a primary support resource for contract intake and contract lifecycle management processes by triaging user questions, troubleshooting workflow issues, coordinating resolutions, and escalating complex items as needed.

- Maintain contract data quality by monitoring metadata completeness, identifying inconsistent or missing information, supporting cleanup activities, and helping ensure records are searchable, reportable, and appropriately organized.

- Assist with workflow configuration, testing, enhancement requests, release readiness, post-implementation validation, and adoption of system improvements.

- Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Information Security, Risk Management, vendor owners, and business stakeholders to support contract intake, vendor oversight activities, review coordination, approvals, and timely completion of required actions.

- Support vendor onboarding, maintenance, annual assessment campaigns, vendor information refreshes, stakeholder communications, issue tracking, and operational metrics.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, ad hoc analyses, job aids, training materials, and process documentation to support executive reporting, audit requests, user adoption, and operational decision-making.

Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve processes across contract management, vendor oversight, procurement operations, and related systems; assist with other reasonably related duties and projects as assigned.

Section 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, procurement, contract management, legal operations, vendor management, third-party risk management, or systems administration.

- Experience supporting enterprise applications, business processes, system workflows, reporting, data quality, or operational support functions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to review data, identify gaps, and support timely resolution.

- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyze contract terms, pricing models, and supplier performance.

- Excellent written and verbal commun
