User Acquisition Manager (AppLovin)

Your impact:

- Execute, manage, and scale large-scale user acquisition campaigns on AppLovin.

- Build and optimize quiz-based funnels and other acquisition funnels end-to-end — from first touch to conversion — testing new funnel concepts and improving existing ones.

- Develop and implement effective user acquisition strategies focused on performance, scalability, and profitability.

- Work closely with creatives across the funnel: brief motion designers and creative teams, run creative testing, analyze creative performance, and generate new hypotheses.

- Own campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and business impact.

- Conduct in-depth audience, competitor, funnel, and creative research to identify growth opportunities.

- Analyze campaign, funnel, and creative performance, spot trends, and proactively drive improvements based on data.

About you:

- 1+ years of hands-on experience in paid user acquisition, with AppLovin as a core channel.

- Proven experience building and optimizing quiz funnels and other acquisition funnels.

- Strong understanding of performance-driven, creative-first advertising and funnel optimization.

- Solid knowledge of analytics, key acquisition metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis.

- Experience working with the creative side of performance campaigns and scaling acquisition strategies.

- Intermediate+ level of English or higher.

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Results-oriented mindset with strong business and performance focus.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives proactively.

Will be a plus:

- Experience with other paid channels — Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, Bing Ads, etc.

- Experience working with video creatives across multiple acquisition platforms.
