Hiring: Business Development – Voice Chat / Creator Ecosystem (Indonesia)

We're hiring a hands-on BD professional to grow a voice chat / social entertainment ecosystem in Indonesia.

Location: Indonesia (Remote) / Shanghai (Onsite)
Salary: USD 2,000–4,000/month base

Experience: 1–2+ years in BD, creator/community operations, user acquisition, partnerships, livestreaming or social apps
What you'll do
- Source and onboard hosts, creators, agencies, guilds and communities

- Build partnerships and drive user acquisition

- Manage the full funnel from outreach to activation and retention

- Identify new growth opportunities across social platforms and online communities

We're looking for
- Strong cold outreach and relationship-building skills

- Experience in voice chat, livestreaming, social entertainment, gaming or creator ecosystems

- Fluent English + Chinese OR English + Bahasa Indonesia

- Yami / WePlay / NiceYo background is preferred, but similar platforms are welcome
