About the job:

GharLeads (Propvance IT Solutions) is hiring telecallers for real estate work - work from home, all over India, boys and girls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive high-volume daily phone outreach to qualify company-provided leads, assessing buyer readiness, budget constraints, and property requirements.

2. Nurture active prospects through structured CRM follow-ups, re-engaging stagnant leads and advancing them through the sales pipeline.

3. Secure and conduct on-site property visits and strategy meetings, delivering compelling walkthroughs to convert interested buyers into closed deals.
