Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails and others communication channels.

2. Conduct virtual consultants with customers, understand their skincare concerns, and facilitate consultations with doctors to recommend suitable treatments and solutions.

3. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance customer experience.
