About the job:
Make outbound cold calls to US leads on behalf of B2B Drive's clients.

Learn each client's offerings and use the agreed campaign script and messaging.

Engage decision-makers, qualify leads, and handle initial questions and objections.

Book qualified appointments in the client's calendar.

Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate call notes and lead statuses in the tracker.

Work toward each client campaign's calling, qualification, and appointment targets.

Other Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English; experience calling US prospects is an advantage.
- Strong listening and persuasion skills with a confident, professional phone manner.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection while staying motivated and target-focused.
- Reliable internet, and a quiet workspace for remote calls.
- Punctual, dependable, and available for the 7:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. IST shift
