Telecaller (WFH)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote our book rental services.

2. Explain the benefits of renting books and convert inquiries into active orders.

3. Follow up with customers to encourage renewals and repeat rentals.

4. Contact customers to schedule book returns and coordinate pickups.

5. Generate and manage return requests in the company's system.

6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes.

7. Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.

8. Update customer information and transaction details in Excel and internal systems.

9. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and returns.

10. Achieve daily and monthly call, conversion, and customer engagement targets.

Other Requirements:
- 1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- 2. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales conversion abilities.
- 3. Good interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- 4. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- 5. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- 6. Ability to maintain accurate records and follow processes diligently.
- 7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- 8. Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- 9. Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or inside sales will be preferred.
- 10. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
