TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER | FULL-TIME REMOTE | NIGHT SHIFT

Location: Remote – Philippines

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM Pacific Time (Night Shift in the Philippines)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to own delivery across multiple engineering initiatives and help ensure projects move from idea to production smoothly, predictably, and on time.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to plan work, manage execution, resolve blockers, coordinate technical workstreams, and drive projects through completion.

This role is ideal for someone who is structured, proactive, technically curious, and comfortable working directly with software developers and cross-functional teams.

Your focus is delivery: keeping priorities clear, teams aligned, blockers resolved, and projects moving forward.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own assigned technical projects from planning through execution, release, and follow-up.

• Define and maintain clear project plans, milestones, owners, timelines, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.

• Keep engineering work moving and proactively identify risks or blockers before they affect delivery.

• Coordinate API-related workstreams, including bugs, client issues, new fields, integrations, and enhancements.

• Make sure developers have the context, logs, reproduction steps, requirements, and documentation needed to investigate issues.

• Coordinate investigations, fixes, testing, validation, releases, and follow-ups.

• Align Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Leadership around priorities and timelines.

• Run standups, project check-ins, and focused discussions when needed to keep work moving.

• Manage dependencies and handoffs between teams.

• Lead or support bug and i ---------- triage and help determine what requires immediate attention versus what belongs in the backlog.

• Ensure fixes and deliverables are properly validated, released, documented, and communicated.

• Improve how we use tools such as ClickUp, Confluence, and Slack to manage work and maintain visibility.

• Provide clear and concise updates on what’s completed, what’s next, what’s at risk, and what’s blocked.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Engineering Project Management, Engineering Coordination, or a similar role.

• Experience managing software or engineering projects from planning through production release.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously.

• Experience working directly with software developers and technical teams.

• Comfortable following technical discussions involving APIs, databases, backend systems, integrations, and software development workflows.

• Strong experience with ClickUp or comparable project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, ---------- , or similar platforms.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Able to proactively identify blockers, follow up on commitments, and drive work toward completion.

• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.

• Comfortable consistently working the required 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM Pacific Time schedule.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with startups or small, fast-moving technology teams.

• Experience supporting data-driven, API-heavy, or infrastructure-related products.

• Working knowledge of SQL, Git/development workflows, cloud infrastructure, or CI/CD.
