Location: Remote – Philippines

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (Night Shift in the Philippines)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support marketing initiatives across multiple technology, proxy infrastructure, and data brands under AutoScale Ventures.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious about marketing, eager to learn, organized, and ready to grow in a global, tech-driven environment.

You’ll support day-to-day marketing activities ranging from campaign coordination and online research to content preparation, outreach, and organizing marketing assets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, asks thoughtful questions, and wants to develop broader hands-on digital marketing experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support ongoing marketing campaigns across areas such as link building, outreach, paid advertising, search marketing, content, and community engagement.

• Research marketing platforms, tools, competitors, audiences, and opportunities that could help improve marketing and sales performance.

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and potential growth opportunities.

• Coordinate marketing projects, tasks, and deliverables using ClickUp and other collaboration tools.

• Assist with creating, editing, and proofreading marketing materials, including content and email drafts.

• Organize marketing assets such as reports, creatives, media files, campaign information, and other resources.

• Help track campaign activities and results so the team can understand what is and isn’t working.

• Explore AI and other marketing tools that can help the team work more efficiently and produce better results.

• Provide general marketing and administrative support when needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1+ year of recent, hands-on marketing experience through an agency, startup, company, or self-managed marketing projects.

• Able to provide examples of marketing work, projects, campaigns, or results you’ve contributed to.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and metrics such as funnels, CPC, CTR, conversions, and engagement.

• Strong interest in digital marketing, growth, and continuous learning.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and workflows.

• Proactive and willing to take ownership rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions.

• Comfortable contributing ideas, asking questions, and looking for ways to improve your work.

• Comfortable consistently working the required 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time schedule.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with digital marketing areas such as SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, PR/outreach, or affiliate marketing.

• Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar marketing and productivity platforms.

• Previous experience working with a technology company or startup.

• Educational background in Marketing or relevant marketing certifications or training.
