About the RoleClarvida is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to provide enterprise-level leadership, operational oversight, and strategic support for the Talent Acquisition function. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, this role partners with operational and business leaders to align recruitment delivery with workforce priorities and organizational growth. The Senior Manager leads Talent Acquisition Team Leads, drives strategic talent initiatives, supports workforce planning efforts, and serves as a trusted Talent Acquisition business partner. This role is responsible for strengthening recruiting operations, enhancing candidate and hiring manager experiences, implementing scalable processes, and ensuring consistent, data-driven recruitment practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Provide leadership, coaching, performance guidance, and operational oversight to Talent Acquisition Team Leads
● Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team meetings, operational reviews, and performance discussions
● Ensure consistent execution of recruiting processes, service-level expectations, quality standards, and candidate engagement practices
● Establish and monitor recruiting scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement
● Support onboarding, development, coaching, performance management, and transition activities for Talent Acquisition leaders and team members
● Lead strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, recruiter enablement, technology adoption, analytics, and operational effectiveness
● Analyze workforce trends, labor market conditions, recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and candidate experience data to inform business decisions
● Develop sustainable talent pipeline strategies and support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
● Partner with operational, clinical, and business leaders to align hiring priorities with workforce needs and organizational objectives
● Consult with hiring managers regarding recruitment strategy, candidate assessment, labor market trends, and requisition prioritization
● Collaborate with Human Resources, Operations, Recruitment Marketing, and Talent Acquisition leadership to resolve recruiting barriers and improve outcomes
● Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, documentation standards, and equitable hiring practices
● Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive candidate, employee, and business information

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred
● 8+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience supporting complex recruiting environments
● 3+ years of leadership experience managingRecruiters, Team Leads,Recruiting operations teams, or related functions
● Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment metrics, dashboards, workforce analytics, and reporting tools
● Advanced knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, employment practices, and Talent Acquisition best practices
● Strong leadership, coaching, communication, stakeholder management, change management, and problem-solving skills
● Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing workforce and talent decisions
● Ability to analyze data, identify trends, provide recommendations, and drive operational improvements
● Healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or mission-driven organization experience preferred

- Project management and ATS stand-up experience preferred
