About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment.

2. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

3. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.

4. Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.

5. Maintain candidate pipeline, trackers, and recruitment MIS.

6. Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

7. Handle salary discussions, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.

8. Meet defined monthly/quarterly hiring targets.

9. Build a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.

10. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Other Requirements:
- 1. Experience hiring for IT roles will be preferred.

- 4. Experience using HRMS/ATS tools is an advantage.
- 5. Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
- 6. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
