Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

2. Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, and professional networks.

3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to ensure candidates meet job requirements.

4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.

5. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

6. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HRIS system.
